Project Overview
EMA provided MEP design services for the new MCC's Science Building. The 102,000 SF facility included classrooms, labs, offices, a greenhouse, a museum, an aquarium, and an outdoor classroom. Other features include an energy recovery system that exhausts air 24/7, LED lighting, solar panels, energy-efficient lighting and motion sensors, and energy-efficient HVAC equipment. Upon completion, the Science Building earned LEED Gold.
