City of Waller City Hall and Civic Center

Project Overview

Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the City of Waller’s new City Hall and Civic Center—a pivotal development marking the city's first major capital project. The MEP systems were designed to support the diverse functions of the new facility, including City Administration, Public Works, Municipal Court, and City Council Chambers. Our design emphasized energy efficiency, system reliability, and long-term maintainability. High-efficiency HVAC systems were integrated to ensure comfort across various occupancies, and modern controls were implemented to provide scalable automation and energy monitoring capabilities.

Electrical systems were designed to meet the power and technology demands of a fully modern municipal facility, with provisions for future growth. Emergency backup power was incorporated to ensure continuity of critical services. The plumbing systems included low-flow fixtures and a thoughtful layout to maximize water efficiency while accommodating public and staff needs. Coordinating closely with the Architect and Owner, we helped ensured the MEP infrastructure supported the city’s vision for a cohesive civic campus. The result is a sustainable, functional, and community-centered facility that reflects Waller’s growth and long-term civic goals.
