Oceans Behavioral Health

We provided New Building Commissioning Services for the Oceans Behavioral Health Center located in Norman, Oklahoma. This 49,000-square-foot facility was designed to deliver inpatient behavioral health services to adults and seniors, featuring patient rooms, therapy spaces, administrative offices, and support areas.

Our team worked closely with the Owner and design-build team to ensure the building systems functioned as intended, met project goals, and complied with applicable standards. Through commissioning, EMA helped optimize system performance, enhance energy efficiency, and support a safe, comfortable healing environment for patients and staff.

The $18.5 million facility is a vital addition to the Norman community, expanding access to essential mental health services in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art environment.
