Landmark Medical Office Building
Project Overview
EMA provided the mechanical, plumbing and fire protection design for this 4-story medical office building on the campus of Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center. Our team provided design services for the building core and shell and multiple tenant fit-out, including an oncology suite with a linear accelerator, infusion suite, imaging suite, and wound care suite.
