Mr. McClain brings over 20 years of experience in MEP design and energy consulting for complex, mission-critical, and large-scale facilities across the U.S. and abroad. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-performing engineering solutions through design-bid-build, design-build, CM, and ESCO project frameworks. His areas of expertise include system design, commissioning, condition assessments, post-occupancy troubleshooting, and energy performance contracting. With a strong technical foundation in psychrometrics, fluid dynamics, and building system performance, he excels at identifying key issues and communicating complex concepts clearly to clients and team members.
