Mr. Lanning brings over 21 years of experience in MEP design, commissioning, and energy consulting across education, healthcare, municipal, federal, and commercial sectors. As a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) and licensed professional engineer in both mechanical and electrical disciplines, he has led the design and commissioning of more than 900 projects nationwide. His areas of expertise include sustainability planning, LEED credit support, whole-building energy modeling, and ASHRAE energy audits. Known for his technical leadership and collaborative approach, Mr. Lanning applies data-driven analysis, field training, and troubleshooting to deliver efficient, high-performing building solutions that support client and project goals.
